Data Disappearing

One of our applications has been losing data. Currently, we have 4 applications on the server. 3 are working perfectly, the 4th is not. When the application is opened (using the plug in, AJAX or the actual QV Desktop client), all charts and graphs show "No Data to Display". All list boxes are empty as well. If I reload the data, everything is populated as it should be. I save and close the document and upon reopening it, the data is again gone. It doesn't matter if I open the client on my local machine, on the server or through the access point using any of the clients. The results are the same. We started the day on QV 9 SR1 and have since upgraded to SR 6 in an attempt to correct his issue with no luck. Any suggestions?

Can you please check if you have applied any Section Access in your application.
