Data Restriction Doc CAL wise

I have made HR Dashboard and in my company there are 5 groups. The HR want to share this dashboard with all 5 HR group heads and HR want all the group head can only see their own group data. What can be done rather than making 5 different dashboards?

What is possible solution for this? Yes! I have a field that separates all the groups.

Look into data reduction with section access:

You can use section access to achieve that. See this document: Introduction to Section Access

Thanks Swuehl and Wassenaar,

What I want to do is to use the company domain username and password but from example 6 it seems that I have to give password. I don't want the heads to log in twice that is first login at access point and then after clicking on dashboard

The provided document's examples might be misleading here.

I believe it's not necessary to enter a password if you just use NTNAME (not PASSWORD) in your section access table.
