Data does not render in straight table when scrolled to bottom

Hi Experts,

I am facing an issue with the straight table which has many records.

When I try to scroll down in the table I see blank space with no data. Even after quite a long time I do not see any data rendering into the table to display.

Can anyone know this behavior?

Appreciate your help on this.

Regards,

Shyam.

IE Plugin , is the plugin for Qlikview . If you open your documents with IE plugin , the documents clarity and functionality will be similar to your qlikview desktop view.

Go to access point>on the dashboard>click on view details>open with IE plugin

you can feel the difference.

can you please share the file , let me check why your facing the issue.

If you have the option of upgrading your QlikView Desktop I would do that. It is very quick and simple upgrade. There are many issues relating to browsers and webview that are resolved in each Service Relase. The latest one now is SR11.

Furthermore upgrading to Internet Explorer 11 is also something I would have done if possible. It is IE that works behind the scenes when you are using WebView in QlikView Desktop.

Thanks Avinash.

Yes the IE plugin does help to see the dashboard as in desktop. A new learning for me. Thanks heaps .

However, why the normal browser view does not work? My end clients may not like doing this all the time.

I might need an answer for this behavior.

Thanks in advance.

Shyam.

Thanks Petter.

Yes, the QlikView Management console and Access Point versions are QlikView 11.20 SR7.

Probably I would try to upgrade the QlikView server to QlikView 11.20 SR11 as suggested. Thanks heaps.

However, the I have tried to open the Access Point dashboard on both version of the IE,i.e. IE10 and IE11 and I see the same issue.

Shyam.
