Data model with 3tables

Hi,

Can you please suggest how to build a good data model for attached application.

And i need to show Yes/No if the DO numbers of Trip Table available in Master Table then "YES" otherwise "NO".

Need to count  no.of entries DO numbers in Trip from Master. and how to show the matched DO number?
