Date format problems

Hello,

I have problems with a date format.

I have this format:

     date

     115

     216

     1115

I want this:

     date

     2015/01

     2016/02

     2015/11

My problem is the month.

  Date(Date#(Num(Date, '0000'), 'MMYY'), 'YYYY/MM') as NewDate;

LOAD * Inline [
