Default print settings for all objects

Hi,

I want to uniform the Header / Footer settings for all objects. I don't want to change the settings for each chart. Its should be a one place to modify the Header / Footer settings. So when i click the 'print' icon which is available on the caption, chart should get printed with default Header / Footer settings. Is it possible to do?

Kindly suggest if there is a way to do?

Settings - > User Preferences -> Printing -> Set Prints Defaults for New Objects

there it is possible to change margins

or you can create an new theme with printingsettings
