Delta reload of Qlikview document fails with error "QDSMain.Exceptions.ReloadFailedException: Reload failed ---> QDSMain.Exceptions.LogBucketErrorException....."

Question to all QV users

Delta reload of Qlikview document "EB_extract.qvw" fails with following error message. Please see attached file for more details.error

This reload task runs every 20th minute a day from about 0600-2400. It fails about 2-5 times a day. A reload task for data transfer and publishing is following after extract reload.

Has anyone any suggestion how to resolve this problem?

Could you share the Document Log as well.  It will have the details of the reload failure in it.

Hi,

It could happen that some of the qvd's used in some other application while reloading and

It could also happen that at that time may be some backup routines runs.

It could happen due to network relays.

It could happen if you run Antivirus software, In this case make sure you remove QlikView folder from scanning.

Hi,

This is Task log. We even need document log.

you can generate the same by opening QlikView via desktop

Document Properties --> General --> Click on Generate log file.

Then run task from Scheduler. you will find document log too.
