Desktop Client - Server License Leasing Configuration
We actually had a problem, that the entry from
Settings → User Preferences → Locations → QlikView Server Access Point (URL)
got lost (empty entry). So the user got the message "The QlikView document was created by another ..." because the Desktop Client didn't get a license. QlikView Desktop Client is version 10. The user promised that he didn't remove the entry. Had anyone experienced an issue like that (loosing settings)? Does anyone know how to prevent a situation like that? Thanks in advice.
