Dimension condition

Hi,

I need to map the certain dimensions with some values like if i have a dimensions like D1,D2,D3,...i need to assign a value like for your reference  go through with the below images as image one contains different individual tables image2 contains all tables of image1 into single table....here there is one  dimension 'GOAL' which contains vales for some of the dimensions like ">90%,>7Days....)

Is there any condition to achieve this..
