In Direct Discovery feature, can we use more than one Direct table

One more favour OLEG,

I hav been through the doc for Direct Discy, and i concluded tht the working of the application will be slow if i use this feature,

i havent used it yet, bt pls let me knw abt the speed performance of this feature, and also pls throw some light on Direct Discovery which is nt covered in the document

Oh, I'm sorry. Unfortunately I have never used this feature, I only heard about it.

This feature lets you work with large amount of data, but speed is lower.

Using the DIRECT statement, you'll load ALL values for ALL dimensions and specify fields that you will use in Expressions with the 'IMPLICIT' qualifier. What this implies is a query is issued on your data source every time you make selections. Bottom-line - to obtain in-memory like performance, you'll need a blazing fast query engine like IBM Netezza or EMC Greenplum or Hadoop Hive.
