Directory Service Connector problem

Good afternoon, QlikView Gurus. Today, I got a call from a secterary from a past implementation. She reported me that they can't enter to QlikView. After checking the situation, I stumbled upon the services: they were all down. When I tried to restart them, it showed me an error. It was something like "Error on session start" or something like that. After investigate for a while, I entered to the services Propierties, on the Start Session tab. I wrote the current session username and the password for every service, and started them. None of them threw an start error or something.

Yet, on the Services tab of the Management Console, the DCS@Machine service was showing the red 'X', and on the details said "Unable to connect to service", even when the service on the Windows Services tab was up and running. The log showed the following:

On the last part it says something like: "Session start error: ukwnown username or wrong password", but I'm 100% certain that I'm writing the right username and the right password, because when i tried to write a diferent password on the Services/Session Start, it throws an error. I already tried erasing the services_key.txt file on the ProgramData folder, but no dice, and i'm running out of ideas for the possible solution.

Any possible advice/solution you can give me?
