Disable Full Reload?

Hi,

I'm developing an app which I want to be a partial load only either through the main menu or through an action. Is it possible to prevent or disable full reload which will remove tables I want to keep (but are not part of the current load refresh)? TIA

Just untick the reload option in the Security tab in Document Properties
