please be noted that if you are segment are too small means qlik does not show your values.
to display the values in the bar chart
1. Right click on the Chart.
2. Enable the "Values on Data Points" for all the expressions you used for bar chart under the expression tab and "check the plot values inside segments " in presentation tab.
