or Suppress Header Row in Presentation Tab..

I have used single space but header line still showing. I am not able to find Suppress Header Row in Presentation Tab.

I think there is no option to suppress header in pivot table.

May be you can try,

Custom Cell format -> Change the Background color (Border Also)
