I want to know that if i have created my application in Personal edition then if i share it with person having Licensed Version then will Licensed version qlikview desktop able to open my Personal edition qlikview desktop application ??

once u have license addition then it will open all qvw's

Yes they can open.

But later you cannot open the same file from them.

Yes, that is correct.

If you share a qvw created with Personal, then another person having licensed version of QlikView can open that qvw.
