Does the On Open Event in Alerts work in Batch Mode

Hello

Does anyone know if the 'On Open' Event in Alerts works in Batch mode?

I currently receive emails when my qvw is refreshed via the QMC by using the 'On Post Reload' Event, but I don't receive emails from the 'On Open' Event. Does the 'On Open' Event only work when a document is opened in the client?

Any help would be great.

Are you using IE Plugin client or AJAX client ? I believe it works for IE plugin but not sure about AJAX client. So please do some test between client and contact Qlik support.

Thanks for the reply, but I can't see what this has to do with the Plugin /Ajax?!? This is alerts being fired via the QMC.
