Drop down selection as text object

Hello,

I'm working on an idea to use dropdown to fit missing spaces in text.

So, basically I want that user chooses from dropdown menu - whether 'fine' or 'not fine', and we get the following view:

Can I achieve this in QV?

If possible, please give rich instructions, as I'm newbie here.
