Dropdown based on Columns in data

Hi,

I have to sum the spend based on the selection of continent ,country and city from a single drop down and one of category should be selected by default .

Second, user should be able to drill down as well

for eg user has selected continent in the drop down, and sum will be based on continent . Then user click on one continent,and he should be able to drill down to countries in that particular continent . Further he can drill down to cities as well and sum should be based on cities.

Hope i am clear with this. Attaching the table and qvw file.
