Duplicate Data

Dear All,

I have issue with Data

Actually i have 346 rows i have in Excel

But i created month field ,for that i loaded same data in 12 Times

Now i have 4152 rows i have

when i use count of rows 4152 its showing ,but actually 346 only

How can i Fix this issue please some one help me

When you load the data, the MonthDesc contains the months. When you select a month, it will show associated results. Are you attempting to duplicate the information? If not, then simply load the script once (no concatenation, use the original (top) load script once. It will contain 342 fields. Otherwise - you will have duplicated data that will exceed 342 as Jacob explains.

when i use no concatinate i wont effect my data

can i use No cancatinate ,guide me i dont know exactly in this secnario

Are you able to insert a "date field" into the load script? If you can, this would greatly simplify your challenge. You could script month(<date field>) and you would be able to limit your data. Or perhaps, if you have xls files that have different months - these can be loaded and concatenated.
