Instead of all this, try moving the other folders which has QVWs and other QVWs outside of Consumer Insight folder and place outside the folder. This will help!!

As Consumer Insight is ur Access Point folder, so all the apps/QVWs wich are inside that folder are visible in Access Point.

Hi,

Are you maintaining BackUp of Applications in the Access Point folder?

DO THIS: Place the neccessary Apps in your Access Point folder and rest all other (Old,backups, etc) OUTSIDE the Access Point folder, NOT INSIDE the access point folder.

You issue will be resolved!!

Also check in Source Documents if there old Apps where tasks have been created and then it have been removed withour removing the task. You can find this in Orphans folder (must be near to your Data Model folder).

Hi Varun,

You have two files in your distribution folder.

You might have renamed the file at one point and published, both the old and new are now appearing.

You have to manually delete teh file in the users folder.

thanks,

I understand clearly .

SOmehow somewhere, your September version is stored in some folder inside the Access Point (User document folder).

take the old files out of the Access Point folder (where your apps are published). Keep the altest in Access point folder

As other folks have advised, definitely there are more than one version of the QVW present under User Documents folder that's the reason why you are seeing multiple version of the same QVW on Access Point.

Given below are the steps you may have to verify:

1. Log into QMC. Go to Documents tab > User Documents sub tab > search for the QVW you mentioned

2. If you see the same qvw is present under different mount locations then you need to verify all those tasks created based of this QVW. To edit the tasks you may have to go to Source Document sub tab or to the Status tab.

3. Keep only one task that reloads and distributes this QVW to User Document. Make sure the mount location under Distribute tab of the task creation wizard is properly set.

4. Manually remove all those duplicate copies of your QVW from User Document folder on the file server.

Hi,

If Consumer Insight has the Fresh Apps, the no other Sub Folder/Apps should be presnt inside the Consumer Insight Folder.
Take out other folders (User Docs, Archive etc) out of Consumer Insight. Whether the apps are scheduled or not, they would be visible in Access Point. Move them out from Consumer Insight

This will solve the problem

To immediately remove the QVW from Access Point you can do this.

1. Login to QMC and Go to User Documents tab > Select the QVW that does not have task or that you do not want it on Access Point.

2. On the right side panel click on Authorization tab then click on Delete icon and click on Apply. This will remove your duplicate entry from Access Point.

See the Screenshot for reference.
