Dynamic dashboarding

Hello, I'm new to Qlik but not new to reporing and dashboarding.

We investigate BI tools for our goals.

How can I create a dashboard:

1. With variable amount of charts or tables

2. Make their subsets expand/collapse/show/hide in some way

3. Implement stacked navigation

4. Create my own visualization components

So, those were the requirements, let's explain in more related questions:

1. Is there a way for dynamic creation of elements, based on data arrays

2. Is there any layout management so these components could look arranged, in matrix for example

3. Can I create screens and change them

4. What exact technique is used for extensions - Java. JS, VB etc.

5. Should I use QSense or QView and how these two are interchangeable
