Dynamic movement of vertical scroll bar in straight table

Based on dimension value how to move vertical scroll bar of straight table to top position  .I need to keep preserve scroll option check box on in layout tab but serched record position should not preserve it's position, the serched value should alwaays move to top and vertical scroll bar movmnent should happend dynamically

I think its not possible, once you check preserve scroll bar, it doesn't move to the top when make selections.
