I am new to qlikview and i want to create filters on the left like:

Red denotes team name, orange the value of a metric say day. The rest are all metrics.
My question is how can you align the metrics in positions like shown above.
My second question is i want to do something like: if i select 2 teams then i get 2 different tables. if i select 1, i get only 1 main table.
Any help would be appreciated.
