The standard behavior of a pie chart in Qlikview when you hover the mouse over a slice is to highlight it and show a popup label. See the image below:

Yep, the 1st pic is default behavior. the 2nd pic is what I want that on selection the pie slice becomes distant which makes it more visible. Well, I am using PE version, I cant open the qvw. Can you please guide where is this option? I wasn't able to find in presentation/layout tabs.
