EC2 Implementation

I am attempting to use QV server ami on EC2, but it seems like the server is not being recognised. 

Because so the management console is not loading.

Any hints where to change this?

True because now following items got changed.

1-EC2 machine name changed.

2-IP got Cahanged

3-White List need to modified.
