Email button opens Windows(?) Accounts pop up, instead of company Outlook

Hi,

I'm using mailto with the Open URL action, which is assigned to a text object. Clicking it open what I think is a Windows mail pop up titled Accounts, which asks to add accounts. An Outlook email window is not being opened as required.

Is there anything else I should do?

you need to change default behavior on your (client) Operating system .
if on windows 10 first go to settings default apps Email should be associated as you want it

That will work for me, but I was hoping for an option that will work for general users. With a macro you can open outlook, but macros aren't reliable. Thanks anyway.
