Hi All Users,

I have made a QVW Document, and now I want that all Personal Edition Users can open it without any restriction.

I mean to say that I want to make it PE enabled for all.

How can I do that ?

It's not possible; Either you have to enter licence manually or you have to lease licence from server. . .
