'End User' documentation

I'm looking to hold some 'workshops' around our newly developed dashboards and was wondering if there were any kind of documentation out there that I could use as a starting point.  Another user asked a similar question some time ago but the link in the response no longer works

Can anyone point me in the right direction? Is there something out there that may be useful?

That's a difficult question to answer. On average, end-user trainings and 'workshops' deal with the business (e.g. analytical) side of a QlikView document = the content, not the technology. Which differs from customer to customer and from document to document.

On the other hand, I've always wanted to have an example document describing Self-service BI in QlikView (using server objects and such) but I've not been able to find one yet...
