Error: Cannot open file from FTP server update

Hi,

i have a problem on a new application, i try to load a file via Qlikview server from FTP, but i have an error message :

08/06/2012 15:27:23:       Error: Cannot open file

08/06/2012 15:27:23:       General Script Error

08/06/2012 15:27:23:       Execution Failed

My script is :

LOAD Client,

     Société,

     [Date ressoumission],

     [Motif ressoumission]

FROM

[ftp://ftpalim:ftp_batch@jsthill/reception/fscm/SOLDES]

(txt, codepage is 1252, embedded labels, delimiter is ';', msq)

When i reload it manually in desktop it works but from the server, it does not.

Any idea ?
