Error Extracting Data From Oracle

Dear Community,

I'm having a rear problem when i'm extracting data from oracle database,  I don't know if somebody can help me.

Query Extract Using Oracle Developer

The Same Query Using Qlikview

As you can see on oracle for num_certificado=103614 I have the num_siniestro=7207-10-00001 but the result on Qlik is 7207-09-00031.

If I extract only one row when the num_certificado=103614 Qlik extract the correct data. Is realy rear, I never see this issue.
