We are using QV11.2 SR12.

What these below error message means-

1)  Error SE_LOG: CQvXmlInterfaceRequestHandler - Catch: errId(-3). Ino(-1). Fno(91)

2) Extensions: Failed to load extension screenshot. Make sure it is available at the correct location
