Error in script!!! - baffling

Can anyone give any insight into an error we are getting when trying to load data from a spreadsheet:

Attached shows the error and script.

Hi Chris,

Just had a quick glance and saw this;

[Benefits are changing and it is vital that all City

If you look on this field there's [ ] within it. This will confuse QV and cause you issues.
