Error on downloading file from Sharepoint

Hi,

Can someone say why the file is not downloading from my sharepoint path to my target folder.

Error message:

It is connecting to my sharepoint path, but not downloading the excel file to my target path.

Since we even have the access to that path and credentials are even correct.

On executing the powershell script for downloading from sharepoint , the window displays as below
