Error when exporting to Excel

Please help.

I am using a version of Qlikview on a server which is launched via the access point.

When exporting data from a table to Excel I get the following error message and then when clicking on yes I get the result shown in the excel spreadsheet.

When exporting from a local dashboard on a machine with the Qlikview application installed my data comes through fine.  Any guidance please on what may be the problem.
