Hi All,

I will need help on this:

I am getting error message " Document open call failed. The document might require username and password."

I have -

One publisher machine.

Main application getting reduced and distributing into many applications.

The production server is Extra net only for custom users(Custom users manually created and set the password from QMC)

I do have section access script.

I am using DMS authorization rather than NTFS as my users are external users only.

Kindly advise.
