Excel Data Transformation

I have a problem related to data transformation

I am attaching my excel sheet in this sheet 1 contains source data and sheet2 contains as i want to transform , how can i do this

I have tried cross table but it gives sum for perticular date.

Please help how can i do that .

Hello!

First you need to exclude the blank lines, then transpose the table, and last use crosstable. Attached is a qvw that transforms the data the way you want. Hope it helps.
