Excel file not in correc format

Suddenly my qlikview environment acting as wired. when I downloading Excel and opened from access point or Desktop version it looks like as below

So, not only one QVW but many. Then either ask IT to see what could be the difference between yours and your colleague's computer or repair Office from the Control Panel if you have permissions to do it.
