Excel sheet opening without data

Hi Everyone,

I am using Microsoft office Professional plus 2010 [Version 140.7184.5000(32 bit) ] unable to export data into the excel. When I click on the button excel sheet ,its opened without any data.

Please advise me .

is there any other excel sheet opened already?  if yes close it from  task manager

or

if excel opened  in that excel there is cursor is with in cell or  not please check and try.
