Excel table transformation

I have to add data from an excel sheet into my QlikView document.

When I choose the file and click on transform this is what I get:

I need to origin country and assigned users to repeat in order to load the data correctly.

Is there a simple way of correcting this data, rather than copy and paste before I load the document?

Is this sheet a pivottable? If so, you might want to load from the data source instead.

Unfortunately I cannot load it from source. I was provided this excel file and need to add it to the data model..
