Exclude a Value from Field - Trigger

Hi,

I have the attached Document I want to set a Trigger when the sheet 'Main' is activated so that it excludes value 'Dispute' from the status Field.

I need to exclude more than one value in the same scenario.

so if you wanted to do more than one then you will need to have something like the below:

(Dispute|Open)

seperate new values with a pipe seperation
