Explain Integration and Customization in QlikView?

Hi Folks

As i am new to QlikView i'm hearing the terms integration and Customization and i would like to know what these terms will do in QlikView.

Integration : Like what are all the things we can integrate with QlikvView? In which case we use this?

Customization : Like whether modification of UI before reporting or after reporting so where and how exactly we use this?
