Explorer vs Firefox

Hi All,

When I am using the Internet Explorer plugin to view access point, the send to Excel icon doesn't seem to work. If I view access point using firefox, it works perfectly. How do I get the icon to work whilst using explorer plugin?

Have you tried reinstalling the plugin?
