Export To Excel Error

I have noticed where there are two identical records in my table that Qlikview will ignore one of them when exporting to Excel, even though the record is correct, ie a customer buying 2 items but in two seperate transactions.  I've added a unique ID no to each record to get around this, but is there a simple fix, is it a Qlikview setting?

If you use a chart straight table, you can try to add unique ID and hide the column.

This is default Qlikview behaviour. Only unique rows will be shown in tables and charts. If you have duplicate records then you need to make them unique like you did with a unique ID. Another thing you can do is use a straight table and add an expression count(FieldX) so you can see how many records there are with the field values shown at that row.
