Hi
we are using access point to export excel files and it gave error messages. Not sure this is excel or qlik or something else.
I can't even save this file.
Qlikview version 11.2
excel is professional plus 2010.

It could be a few things. A couple of follow-up questions.
1. has this ever worked?
2. When was the last time it did work and can you replicate that same success?
3. Are you trying to export this file and open it immediately? Try exporting it and saving the file to a location, rather than opening it immediately.
4. Have you checked with your network admin to see if they tightened security around this functionality?

here is my answer to your questions.
it has always been working until today.
some users can do it successfully, some can't.
I tried to save and it does not allow me to save.
it is not the network issue as some users can do it as we are on the same network.
If Some users can do it and some others can't, it could be a permission issue that is not allowing them to do this. I don't have a working version on QMC in front of me, but I would crawl through QMC and make sure that there are no settings set that would prevent exporting, I would specifically check on user settings and individual users.
After that, I would see if there is a browser setting that might be limiting this functionality.
