Export the Selected Data to a White Board: Can it be implemented?

Hi All,

I have a scenario like this below:

I have a chart/List Box of data. I have to select a few values and using a Button, I have to export the values to a White Board (probably a blank space). Exporting the data to any QVD, Excel, Flat File can be possible through Macros, I can achieve that. But below are my queries and requirements, on which I need help:

1. How to export the selected data to a White Board?
2. How to manually enter the 'Additional Comments' (Point 2 in image below). Can it be done by Annotations?
3. Is it possible to add a separate field, which is having only Check-boxes, or LED Check-boxes property will help?

Please refer the image below for more clarification and suggest.

Hello

you can do one thing that give the option of print and use PDF exchange

.Now you can save the copy as pdz inspite of printing it .

You can display current selections too by using print Report.

For Editing i do not have any idea .
