QlikView can export data as HTML, XML, XLS, (TXT, CSV, and other text formats), PDF, QVD and images such PNG.
I think you might want to export a report. If the PDF version isn´t enough, you might build an export routine using VB and Macros, to export data and images separately and then, paste them into a .DOC file. I don´t know how to do it or if it is even possible, but i´m sure it´ll be very, very complex.
Second, I'm not sure exact what functionality they are looking for, whether that be manipulatable data (excel/PDF) or screen shots which I believe is what you are describing into Word.
If it should be exporting to PDF, what would that macro look like? Or is there an option already on QV I'm unaware of?
