Exported Image Size

Hello QV Community,

I have a dashboard that exports a sheet as a jpg image via vbs script (below). When I run the vbs script, Qlikview opens, maximizes the window, reloads and then sends an image of the sheet to a file as a jpeg.

When I'm logged in to the server where the QV file and the related files are, the scheduled task that I've created to run the vbs file executes 100%.

The issue is that when I'm logged off from the server or disconnected, the scheduled task runs, executes the vbs script and sends out an image EXCEPT that the image is sent in the wrong size. The image is cropped almost as if the maximize window command in the vbs file isn't executing. I've checked that the 'Run only if logged on' option of the scheduled task is ticked and I've checked the Task Scheduler service to make sure that all settings are correct (according to Microsoft's advice).

I've tried quite a few different options and fixes but the only solution (workaround) is to remain logged in to the server the whole time which isn't very practical.

Could anyone please try to assist me with this issue. I would really appreciate the help.
