Expression beyond dimension

I have horizontal and vertical dimensions. Can I create expression,that will not be in vertical dimension.

For example.

Suppliers /regions region 1.                 region 2 region 3

Supplier 1.               Expression 1 e2.    E1 E2       E1 E2

Supplier 2               Expression 1 e2.    E1 E2       E1 E2

I want to get

Suppliers /regions.     Value.  region 1.  region 2 region 3

Supplier 1.                      e1           E2           E2.            E2

Supplier 2                       e1            e2.         E2              E2

Can you show this with some numbers? I am having difficult time understanding this with some bunch of Es

I need table like this. I have dimensions suppliers and regions. I want to create 3 expressions: for region, time and margin. Margin and time is not dimensions. If I simply create 3 expressions, I get margin and time in each columns.
