I have created a chart and had an expression in the label of the expression. When I hover around the column bars of the chart this label is constant across all the bars. Is it possible to change it dynamically based on the x axis values? The constant value is nothing but the total value.For ex: expression is =SUM(AMOUNT). This is the value of over all total on all the bars.
Not sure if I've understood your issue correctly. Have you tried using an additional expression, but disable 'Bar' in display options and enable 'Text as pop-up'
