Extensions cause crash

Any extension I try to add to a QVW in Web View (version: QlikView 11.00 IR) causes Qlikview to crash.  Has anyone else encountered this?

I'm dealing with this as well. I can add an object but the second I change any properties it crashes. Tried reinstalling qlikview and it didn't work. Read somewhere to roll back IE and that didn't work either.

I tried creating a Hello World extension given the below link:

Qlikview even crashed then.  How do I get direct Qlikview Support (unless the community knows the issue)?

I found that this issue was fixed in version 11.00.11282.

I was running a prior version because I used a company delivered/installed version of Qlikview which was older.  I downloaded a fresh version direct from Qlikview and got version 11.20.12129.0 SR4 in which the extensions work now.
